Sébastien Serrurier is the CTO of Quickshift, a member of Mobiquant's partner program the GAPP. We asked Sebastien to tell us why Quickshift had decided to start offering Mobile Device Management and Mobile Security Management service. Here's what he told us:
With the rise of mobile devices, their growing usage in the enterprise, but more importantly their increase access to data connectivity through 3G and Wifi, enterprises have to consider these communications nodes as IT elements that need to be secured.
Consumerization of IT adds to this tendency, especially in companies focused on using technology as a competitive advantage.
As an integrator specialized in security, we had to propose new tools to our customers that would allow them to secure, control but mostly integrate smartphones in the IT infrastructure as the cornerstone of the mobilized enterprise.
After a study of all players in the marketplace , we chose Mobiquant's solution. It is the most complete, capable of managing the security of all coporate data exchange done from mobile devices, while bringing innovative features ahead of its competition."
